$25 (Goes to Winner’s Charity of their Choice) – PLEASE PUT THE LOCATION OF YOUR ENTRIES IN THE NOTES OF YOUR ORDER!

$350 American Express Gift Card for Pulled Pork/Pulled Chicken Winner (1 prize for the protein category)

$150 American Express Gift Card for side dish

The Rules:

No Professional Chefs or Restaurants (This is for the Weekend Warrior)

Chefs will enter (1) Protein (either Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken) & (1) Side dish

Everything needs to be made from scratch.  We mean everything this includes rubs, sauces, etc. (This is an honor system)

Food must be smoked at home and brought to Beach Haven or Swarthmore in Sterno (Aluminum) trays

We will supply wire racks, pans, cans of Sterno Green Canned Heat, small cups for food samples

We recommend bringing (2) trays of your protein & (2) of your side dish, serving utensils

All food must be on-site by 12pm the day of the competition and must be hot.

Chefs will be require to serve the samples to the public

Judging will be done by the public.   Public can donate to the charity of the winner.  Recommended but not required.
