Return Policy
Please contact [email protected] for any questions regarding your recent purchase and have your order number ready for assistance. Online exchanges and returns must be initiated within 15 days after the order is being processed.
Original shipping charges are not refunded and returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer unless any damaged product is received. Returned product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
Once your return is processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see your payment reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days.
Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
